CDBG-DR Analyst

Plexos Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Analyst to support the Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program in New Mexico. The CDBG-DR Analyst provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of CDBG-DR funded programs. This position serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, coordinates communication, maintains records, contributes to deliverable production, and supports daily business functions.

This position is responsible for ensuring consistency across program deliverables, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, tracking task deadlines in the dedicated project management software, and supporting data analysis and tracking.


Location: Hybrid (Remote/Santa Fe); may require travel within New Mexico (up to 20–25%).


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrative support to management staff, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, taking meeting notes, and maintaining project schedules.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, deliverables, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Answer phone calls, write emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and project trackers.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, training sessions, including logistics, agendas, materials, and meeting minutes.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and project deliverables to support organizational objectives.
  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and document management activities.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.


ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Exceptional at managing fast-paced, high-stakes environments with shifting priorities.

· Strong systems thinker with experience using tools like SmartSheets or other project management software.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize amidst competing tasks and deadlines.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or additional administrative training preferred.

· A minimum of 2 years providing administrative support in a professional environment.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

· Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential information with discretion.
