Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Air Exchange and Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a self-sufficient technician with strong troubleshooting ability, commercial HVAC experience, and the professionalism to work independently at customer sites.

This is a full-time position with consistent overtime opportunities, company support, and long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Service rooftop units, split systems, parallel rack systems, and related equipment
• Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical diagrams
• Braze copper pipe proficiently
• Perform electrical troubleshooting from 24V to 240V systems
• Work with EMS/BMS controllers including Danfoss, Emerson, Novar, EMC, and similar systems
• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Work independently while supporting and coordinating with other technicians
• Lead or assist team members on larger projects when needed
• Travel to job sites as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC experience required
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II, III, or Universal)
• Valid clean driver's license required
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot efficiently
• Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and parallel rack systems
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation

$80,000 - $105,000 annually depending on experience, certifications, and skill level
