Associate Veterinarian (DVM) – Full Time

What We’re Looking For:

• DVM licensed (or eligible) in Florida
• Confident in general practice medicine and surgery
• Strong communication and client education skills
• Team-oriented, professional, growth-minded

Benefits Include: The following benefits apply to full-time (4 days/week) Associate Veterinarians. Part-time benefits are negotiable.

• Paid Time Off: 8 days (2 weeks) annually
• 401(k): 4% match after 6 months
• Long-Term Disability
• Professional Dues: FVMA, AVMA, and JVMA
• PLIT Coverage
• DEA License
• Continuing Education: $6,000 for CE fees and 4 paid CE days per year (can be taken together or separately)
• Health Insurance: First $500 toward monthly premium
• AFLAC: $15 contributed per paycheck
• Employee Discount: 20% off services and cost + 10% off products (for up to 5 personally owned animals)
