Centerless Grinder Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Centerless Grinder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain centerless grinding machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality standards. Your expertise in grinding techniques, machine programming, and measurement tools will ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Responsibilities

Grinding Operator duties and responsibilities:

· To Feed parts on the grinder feeder rail in accordance with the

operation sheet, work instruction, shop order or supervisor instructions.

· To communicate with team members and or supervisors any questions or concerns with regards to quality or productivity.

· To consistently meet or exceed both quality and production standards.

· To maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.

· The ability to occasionally lift up to 35 pound, lifting part container to height of up to 35’. carrying part containers, a distance up to 4’. from the skid to part containers.

· The ability to perform repetitive tasks using your arms and hands for the duration of the schedule shift (8hours or more)

· To work in a friendly, cooperative manner with all members of the IHC

· Constant sitting or standing, while feeding parts on the grinder feeder rail for the duration of scheduled shift (8 hours or more)

· The ability to lift up to 15 pounds, lifting part containers and height of up to 36’. carrying part containers, a distance up 4’ from skid to parts containers holder.

· To work overtime, including weekends and holidays, on relatively short notice, when customer requirements demand we respond.
