Head Carpenter

We are seeking a Construction Lead Carpenter to become part of our team! You will be directly involved with the installation and fabrication of everything involved with carpentry on site with the aid of apprentice workers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation and repair of existing residential remodel components.
• Be willing and able to provide clear directions to apprentice workers.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform Framing, Finish and structural modifications as necessary.
• Performing work in other trades, such as plumbing, HVAC, concrete and electric is a bonus, but not required.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. If you cannot make precise cuts and use a laser level to it's highest degree- then DON'T APPLY.
• MUST be able to read and understand blueprints for all trades.
• Previous experience in residential and/or commercial construction and remodeling is a must.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards dealing with tools and field safety.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
