C.W. Williams Community Health Center is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Executive Office.
This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who demonstrates exceptional discretion, strong professional communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and will interact regularly with senior leaders, Board members, employees, community partners, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, meetings, travel, and competing priorities.
· Coordinate Executive Leadership Team, Board, committee, and special meetings.
· Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, briefing materials, and meeting minutes.
· Track executive action items and follow up with leaders to ensure timely completion.
· Coordinate projects and communications across multiple departments.
· Screen and prioritize requests requiring the CEO’s attention.
· Maintain organized executive files, records, contracts, and confidential documents.
· Serve as a professional liaison between the CEO, leadership, Board members, employees, and external partners.
· Handle sensitive personnel, legal, financial, strategic, and organizational information with strict confidentiality.
· Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve routine administrative issues.
· Represent the Executive Office with professionalism, courtesy, diplomacy, and discretion.
What We’re Looking For
Required
· Associate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of executive-level administrative experience supporting a CEO, President, Executive Director, or senior executive.
· 3+ years of experience managing complex projects, competing priorities, and executive-level responsibilities.
· Demonstrated experience handling highly confidential information.
· Experience coordinating executive or Board meetings and preparing professional correspondence, reports, agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
· Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

· Comfortable working independently and exercising sound judgment.
· Able to build positive working relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
Healthcare, nonprofit, FQHC, or Board of Directors experience is preferred but not required. A bachelor’s degree and administrative supervisory experience are also preferred.
