Project Coordinator

We are hiring a Project Coordinator to manage scheduling for 2 crews, material ordering, and task assignments for our jobs. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks for scheduling, as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Starting pay is $20–$25 per hour, Monday through Friday, beginning at 7 AM, with 8.5-hour shifts and a 30-minute unpaid break.
