Detention Equipment/ Installation Welder

POSITION ASSIGNMENT: TITLE: Installation Technician, Level I/ Welder

RECRUITED BY: Operations Manager or Detention Division Manager

BASIC FUNCTION: The Installation Technician Level I is to perform activities as required for the installation of all systems and products provided by MTS.

II. QUALIFICATIONS: Technical College Degree in Welding, High school diploma (DE side), Welding Certificate

III. RESPONSIBILITIES:

3. Install door frames, doors, door hardware (including locks), window frames, glazing, prefabricated wall panels, prefabricated steel cells, and other items provided by MTS. (DE side)

4. Read technical drawings, diagrams and installation instructions/manuals.

5. Other duties as assigned.

6. Must be willing to travel.

We install Security Electronics and Detention Equipment for jails and prisons.
