Production Yard Supervisor

Direct Staffing in Riverside is looking for a highly talented individual for a Yard Foreman position.

Objective: Maintain company standards by leading by example and through positive employee interaction. Always relating our actions to a positive customer experience.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise all yard operations for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, cooperate with others, and work well as part of a team.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and demonstrate the upmost in safety around customers and other employees.
• Turn in daily paperwork.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure reuse of all downfall material to limit waste and maximize lumber value, review dump bins to verify and resolve accordingly. Remove quality lumber from dump bins and retrain if necessary.
• Weekly, Monthly and Yearly physical inventories.
• Identify "turning" lumber and resolve accordingly.
• Oversee "Manage RV" tasks are handled on time as directed within the application.
• Oversee all departments within the facility and ensure all standards, procedures, and processes are maintained and followed daily.
