Summary:
Assemble components per blueprints, process specs, and production plans.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Blueprint reading preferred
Experience:
- 2+ years tooling experience preferred
- Layup/bagging experience a plus
Skills:
- Use of measurement tools
- Ability to read job orders and blueprints
Physical Requirements:
- Stand 7–9 hours daily
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent gripping, reaching, bending, and stooping
Responsibilities:
- Verify parts and tooling
- Assemble and inspect components to specifications
- Complete logs, paperwork, and job tracking
- Perform close-tolerance inspections
- Communicate issues and progress to supervisor
- Maintain clean, safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and instructions
