Title: Manufacturing Electro-Mechanical Technician
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Compensation: 70-90k + Benefits
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial, manufacturing, or electro-mechanical maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with automated manufacturing equipment
• PLC troubleshooting experience required
• Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Preventive and predictive maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and prioritize equipment uptime

• CNC manufacturing equipment maintenance
• Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls
• Medical device manufacturing
• Aerospace manufacturing
• Automotive manufacturing
• NFPA 70E Certification
• CMMS experience

• CNC Mills
• Swiss Machines
• Automated Manufacturing Equipment
• PLC-Controlled Systems
• Hydraulic Systems
• Pneumatic Systems (Numatics experience is a plus)
• VFDs, Servo Drives, Sensors, and I/O Devices

• Hiring manager is seeking a dedicated maintenance professional to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment.
• Strong PLC knowledge is a priority.
• Hydraulics and pneumatics experience are highly desired.
• Candidates coming from industrial maintenance backgrounds are encouraged.
• Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager.
• Hiring manager is generally available between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM daily for recruiting discussions and interview coordination.
