HVAC Service Technician

The Role

You will diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, helping customers make informed and confident decisions regarding their home comfort and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems.

· Maintain professional communication with dispatch, management, and the parts department.

· Manage company vehicle inventory and ensure the workspace is kept clean and organized.

· Complete all service documentation and paperwork accurately and timely.

· Participate in a standard on-call rotation to support our client base.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in residential HVAC service, diagnostics, and repair.

· Strong technical problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

· Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· Relevant industry certifications (NATE certification preferred) or a willingness to obtain them with company support.

· Preferred: Experience with CRM systems like Housecall Pro, Jobber, or Service Titan.
