Veterinary Receptionist

Front of the House specialist wanted!!! Ore Creek Vet is looking for an energetic, friendly candidate to be the face of the the clinic. A minimum of two years experience as a medical or veterinary receptionist, or veterinary assistant or technician is required. The primary goal is to have someone that is in charge of positive client interactions whether it be on the phone, in person or digital communication.

The ideal candidate would be able to make clients and their pets feel welcome and important, while at the same time effectively scheduling appointments in an efficient manner. This position will be the clients first interaction as well as their last after the appointment.

Being able to handle 2-3 lines, have computer literacy with common software and keyboarding skills are necessary.

Schedule will include occasional late nights (7 pm) as well as some Saturdays.
