We're Hiring: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
Annual Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + Monthly Bonus Opportunities
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Full-time (10-hour or 8-hour shifts available)
Location: Spokane Valley, WA

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Deliver outstanding hands-on care that helps patients move better and live pain-free
• Collaborate closely with other disciplines (LMT, ATC, trainers) to deliver holistic care
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and lifestyle strategies
• Track progress, adjust treatment, and celebrate patient wins along the way
• Uphold our culture of H.O.P.E. in every patient and team interaction

Requirements:

• DPT degree from an accredited institution
• Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Washington (or eligibility)
• Strong foundation in orthopedic and/or sports medicine care
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a dynamic team
