Concrete Finisher

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team, specializing in surface preparation, concrete pouring, and finishing work across various construction projects. This role involves working with small crews on commercial, industrial, residential, and infrastructure/public works projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using both manual and powered tools and comfortable traveling frequently between sites to ensure high-quality concrete finishes while maintaining site safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for concrete application
• Pour and spread concrete efficiently
• Perform finishing work to achieve smooth and even surfaces
• Set up formwork accurately according to plans
• Mix concrete to required specifications
• Curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA ramps experience
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finish standards
• Adhere to site safety protocols consistently
• Collaborate effectively within small crews
• Travel between job sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in concrete finishing
