Compensation, Perks & Benefits:
- Total potential 1st year earnings of $180,000+
- Guaranteed base salary of $145,000/year.
- 20% production with no negative accrual in your first year.
- $10,000 sign-on bonus paid upfront upon signing to assist with moving costs
- $1,500 CE allowance
- Paid professional dues & licenses
- 401(k) with 4% employer match
- 2 weeks paid vacation
- Flexible schedule — 40-hour work week
