About the Role
Quality Plus Services is seeking a skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction activities and lead field crews on commercial and industrial projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a safety‐first mindset.
What You’ll Do
'14; Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites
'14; Coordinate daily schedules, materials, and manpower
'14; Ensure work meets NEC, OSHA, and company standards
'14; Review drawings and specifications for accurate execution
'14; Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety compliance
'14; Communicate with project teams, inspectors, and clients
'14; Track progress, productivity, and daily reporting
What We’re Looking For
'05; 5+ years electrical experience (commercial/industrial)
'05; Proven leadership or superintendent experience
'05; Strong knowledge of electrical codes and installations
'05; Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities
'05; Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have:
➕ Journeyman or Master Electrician license
➕ OSHA 10 or 30
➕ Industrial or heavy commercial experience
