What You'll Do

???? Complete maintenance work orders
&A1; Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general repairs
???? Respond to after-hours emergencies during your scheduled on-call rotation
???? Coordinate with vendors and property management teams
????️‍???? Help train and mentor new maintenance technicians
???? Deliver outstanding service to our residents

What We're Looking For

'14;️ Valid driver's license
'14;️ High school diploma or equivalent
'14;️ 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred (apartment, facilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades)
'14;️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
'14;️ Excellent customer service and communication
'14;️ Comfortable using an iPhone for work orders
'14;️ Able to work independently and perform the physical demands of the position
