Resident Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to support resident care operations and assist our management team in maintaining a high standard of service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support caregivers during assigned shifts
• Coordinate resident care and ensure residents’ needs are being met
• Monitor care quality and report concerns to administration
• Train, coach, and mentor caregiving staff
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
• Communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with RCFE regulations and facility policies
• Provide direct resident care when needed
• Assist administration with employee coaching, performance documentation, and written warnings as needed
• Help promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Experience working in an RCFE, assisted living, or senior care setting
• Leadership or lead caregiver experience preferred, we are seeking someone with 2 years or more in management within a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and professional
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
