Looking for a pelvic floor therapist (PT, OT, PTA) who specializes in treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. This role involves creating individualized treatment plans to improve patients' quality of life, utilizing therapeutic exercises, pain management techniques, and continuous progress monitoring. Therapists typically manage a caseload of no more than 7 patients per day, allowing for focused, personalized care.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Assess patients to diagnose pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Develop and implement therapeutic exercise programs
  • Create and adjust individualized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on pelvic floor health and self-care techniques
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
  • Manage pain associated with pelvic floor conditions
  • Maintain detailed documentation of patient treatments and outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
  • Understanding of (or open to learning) cash-based care
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Comfortable creating basic educational content for social media

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in pelvic floor therapy ok
  • Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • Licensed Physical Therapist
  • Specialized training or experience in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation
  • Herman and Wallace Level 1 (Or equivalent)
  • Experience or strong interest in pelvic health (training support available!)
