What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Journeyman Electrician with us, you’ll lead by example on the job site. Your day-to-day will involve:
- Installation & Upgrades: Efficiently installing electrical systems across diverse residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnostic & Repair: Troubleshooting complex electrical issues, performing circuit repairs, and testing equipment to ensure everything functions perfectly.
- Blueprint Execution: Reading and accurately interpreting blueprints and wiring diagrams to layout and finish jobs seamlessly.
- Code & Safety Ownership: Ensuring all work strictly complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and maintaining pristine safety standards on site.
- Documentation: Keeping straightforward, accurate records of the work performed.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Experience: 4+ years of professional electrical experience (residential and/or commercial layout and rough-in to finish).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the NEC, diagnostic testing, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Mindset: A true professional who communicates clearly with clients and team members, solves problems on the fly, and takes pride in a clean bend and a neat panel.
- Tools & Transport: Proficient with standard hand and power tools of the trade, with a reliable way to get to local job sites.
