Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team. This role involves delivering patient-centered care through thorough assessment, treatment planning under guided supervision, and effective rehabilitation therapy. You will manage a caseload of 5-15 patients daily, focusing on pain management and progress monitoring to improve patients’ functional outcomes. Our clinic supports professional growth with continuing education opportunities and certification reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and functional abilities
• Develop and implement treatment plans with guided supervision
• Provide rehabilitation therapy tailored to individual needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
• Manage pain and promote physical wellness

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (state-specific)

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Experience in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
• Skilled in patient assessment and rehabilitation techniques
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Strong team collaboration and time management skills

We are a personal injury facility dealing with patients with acute orthopedic and neurologic injuries. Mainly focusing on orthopedic and vestibular therapy.
