Maintenance Support Technician
Job Description
*Entry level position
DESCRIPTION: Assist in maintaining all production equipment. Assist in keeping building and grounds in clean, orderly, and working condition by performing the following duties.
Assist in ensuring Preventative Maintenance is performed and documented.
Assist in the performance of breakdown maintenance on all production and production support equipment.
Assist in providing accurate records of all time and money spent in the performance of breakdown and preventive maintenance.
Assist on managing all facilities maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.). Manage the use of outside contractors to perform work when necessary.
Assist to ensure plant is maintained to meet OSHA standards.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED; knowledge of Maintenance practices
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret product labels, catalogs, unit costs, work instructions, or safety documents/rules/regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and memos.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals, and American money. Ability to compute rate, and percent.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES AND ABILITIES: A valid driver's license is required due to running
