Leasing & Property Management Agent — Greensboro / Triad, NC
Full-Time | Remote/Hybrid | Independent Contractor (1099) | Pay Based on Experience

True American Homes / PM True Ops LLC is growing fast across the Triad, and we're adding a licensed showing agent to our property management team. You'll be the face of our freshly remodeled rental homes — we turn 5–10 properties per month, and your job is to get them rented to qualified applicants, fast.

This is a remote/hybrid, 1099 independent contractor position — you'll manage your own schedule and work from the field for showings, with flexibility to handle calls, emails, and admin work remotely.

What You'll Do

• Show remodeled rental homes across Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point
• Screen and communicate with qualified applicants
• Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly — responsiveness is the job
• Communicate with tenants and coordinate maintenance requests through our PM software portal
• Learn our property management software and rent-tracking tools (we'll train you)

What We Need

• Active NC real estate license, willing to place it under True American Homes — OR a strong candidate willing to obtain one within 100 days of hire
• Reliable transportation and availability for showings, including some evenings/weekends
• Organized, tech-comfortable, and coachable
• A people-first communicator who follows up every time
