Machine Operator

The Machine Operator will be responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of packaging equipment and heavy industrial machinery. This role requires adherence to safety protocols while ensuring production quality and efficiency. Operators will work across various shifts and are expected to perform independently with periodic oversight to maintain smooth operations. We are looking with minimum 3-4 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Set up packaging and heavy industrial machinery for production runs
• Operate machines safely and efficiently during assigned shifts
• Inspect output to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime, this could involve adjustments to the machine
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a clean work environment
• Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed, may require using hand tools
• Handle materials required for machine operation and production
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
• Report any operational issues or safety concerns to supervisors
