Construction Coordinator

*IN OFFICE POSITION* The duties include preparing job information packs for the construction crew; calling for underground locator; ordering, receiving, and verifying materials; printing and verifying vendor and subcontractor invoices; scheduling and checking inspections; sending work orders to and scheduling subcontractors; superintendent, sub-contractor & homeowner communication; scheduling warranty calls and following up; keeping the job board up to date; preparing neighborhood and permit submittals;
