Construction Worker - Install Scoreboards

We are seeking an installer for Athletic Scoreboards, Video Displays and Marquee Signs. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining electronic scoreboards and related equipment at schools, athletic facilities, gymnasiums, stadiums, and other venues. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, using hand and power tools, troubleshooting electrical/electronic equipment, and traveling to job sites in Virginia and North Carolina as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and mount electronic scoreboards and display systems.
• Install supporting structures, wiring, control panels, speakers, and related equipment.
• Read and follow installation drawings, schematics, and manufacturer instructions.
• Safely operate ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and other equipment when required.
• Perform basic electrical wiring, connections, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure proper operation and appearance.
• Diagnose and repair scoreboard and display-system issues.

Qualifications:

• Prior work experience in the sign install industry is a plus.
• The applicant should have some low-voltage electrical experience, along with knowledge of 120 Vac and 240 Vac Electrical.
• Knowledge of operating a Skid Steer, a Bucket Truck with a 60-foot reach, and a Mini Excavator with an Auger attachment will be helpful.
• Welding experience is a plus
• The applicant must have a clean Drug Screen in hand.
• The applicant must have a valid driver's license; prefer a Class A or B CDL.
