Swing Shift & Schedule Expectations

• Currently hiring for Swing Shift
• Weekend availability is required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is important
• The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working later hours and serving travelers during the airport's busy evening period

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a positive attitude and guide them through the rental process
• Explain rental options, vehicle upgrades, and protection packages that best meet each customer's needs
• Complete accurate rental documentation, vehicle inspections, and ensure smooth check-ins and returns
• Partner with the fleet and service teams to ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready to rent
• Handle customer questions, payments, and logistics with professionalism and exceptional service

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• A positive, outgoing personality with the ability to stay organized in a busy environment
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must work weekends
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than two incidents/accidents in the last three years). Applicants under age 21 must have a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Employment is contingent upon passing a complete background check and drug screen
