Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 PM–6:00 AM
Shift: 3rd Shift

We are seeking an experienced Food Production Machine Operator to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. This position is responsible for safely operating processing and packaging equipment while maintaining production, quality, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor processing and packaging machinery
  • Set up equipment and make adjustments throughout the shift
  • Perform product and packaging changeovers
  • Monitor labels, seals, weights, date codes, and finished product quality
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate maintenance needs
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning, inspections, lubrication, and operator maintenance
  • Complete production, batch/LOT, downtime, and machine operation documentation
  • Follow GMPs, SOPs, food safety procedures, and required safety protocols
  • Work closely with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a food or supplement manufacturing environment required
  • Previous machine operation or production equipment experience
  • Experience with equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
  • Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and noise
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate production records

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with hands-on food manufacturing experience who is comfortable operating machinery, performing changeovers, identifying minor equipment issues, and maintaining strong quality and safety standards.
