HVAC Installer – Mini Split, Heat Pump & Multi-Family
Seekonk, MA | Serving Rhode Island & Southern Massachusetts
Pay: $28 – $45 per hour (based on experience)
B&L Ductless is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality ductless mini-split and heat pump installations on multi-family new construction and high-end residential projects across Rhode Island and surrounding Massachusetts.
We’re a small, family-oriented company. You won’t be a number here. We’re building an elite install crew that takes pride in clean, code-compliant work.
What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer
- Install residential and multi-family HVAC systems with a focus on ductless mini-splits and heat pumps
- Perform rough-in and finish installation on new construction projects
- Run refrigerant lines, electrical connections, condensate drains, and complete system start-up
- Read blueprints and ensure installations meet local codes and our quality standards
- Maintain a clean, professional job site
- Work alongside our plumbing and electrical teams on integrated projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer (mini-split / heat pump experience strongly preferred)
- EPA Section 608 certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in craftsmanship
- Comfortable working on multi-family and residential new construction
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
