What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
- Assist with HVAC installations as needed
- Provide customers with clear, honest information about their systems
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
- Complete accurate service documentation and communicate recommended next steps
What We’re Looking For
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience required
- 2+ years of HVAC field experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose and complete service work independently preferred
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle available for use during the first two months of employment
- Dependable, professional, and committed to quality work
- Ability to meet company drug-free workplace requirements
