Position Summary:
Baucom Plumbing a trusted, family-owned company serving Union County since 1981, is seeking skilled plumbers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on plumbing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. This role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of Commercial Plumbing Systems. Residential plumbing experience is a plus.

This role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of Commercial Plumbing Systems. Residential plumbing experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drain systems, gas piping, and plumbing fixtures
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications
- Work with various materials (copper, PVC, cast iron, PEX, etc.)
- Ensure all work meets local and state plumbing codes
- Operate and maintain basic plumbing tools and equipment safely
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain clean and organized work areas on job sites
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Commercial Plumbing experience (apprenticeship or journeyman level)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and installation techniques
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding environments (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
