The Operations team coordinates and executes day to day operations of order processing, returns from customer, inventory, logistics.
Manage in-person front desk inquiries and provide accurate information.
As a team member, you will collaborate and support various functions within the Operations.
Receive product from vendors and other locations, confirm accuracy and enter information in the ERP within specific procedures and protocol.
Assist with order fulfillment, customer return processing, repair jobs management preparing and shipping & packaging customer orders as per requirements and standards.
Communicate and work cross-functionally with other teams regarding customer timelines.

Specific qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an energetic self-starter who has a lot of enthusiasm and drive, is credible and able to liaise with people at all levels.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Eye for Details.
Ability to maintain organization and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment with a sense of urgency.
Strong computer skills.
