Forklift Operator

Forklift / Reach Truck Operator to safely move materials within our warehouse and manufacturing areas. This role requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and reach trucks to load/unload materials and transport goods safely.
• Process factory transfers and ensure materials are delivered to correct locations.
• Secure loads and prevent damage; monitor inventory and report discrepancies.
• Utilize PKMS and RF scanning systems for accurate tracking.
• Complete LTL and Will Call orders.
• Perform daily pre- and post-shift equipment inspections.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of forklift experience; reach truck experience preferred.
• Ability to operate safely in a high-volume warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Basic computer skills; WMS experience helpful.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Training & Certification:

• Must complete in-house forklift and reach truck training (40 hours forklift + 16 hours reach truck).
