Commercial Service Plumber
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Service & Repair Plumber capable of diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial properties.
This is a service-focused role, not new construction.
You must be comfortable working independently, communicating clearly, and documenting work professionally.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing issues in commercial buildings
- Repair leaks, valves, fixtures, water heaters, drains, piping
- Perform troubleshooting and system inspections
- Communicate findings clearly to office and customers
- Identify additional repair or maintenance opportunities
- Complete electronic service reports with photos
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service attitude
Requirements
- 5+ years plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Experience in commercial environments preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to use mobile service software
- Professional communication skillsAt least 5 year’s experience
Must have a clean driver’s license record or minimal points
Must have knowledge in running sewer cleaning equipment
Eligible to work in the USA
Must be computer literate A MUST
