HVAC Service Manager

• Oversee a crew of field service technicians
• Conduct weekly meetings to implement/review service procedures and offer on-going training
• Implement field & office procedures to advance service department
• Identify and provide training opportunities
• Communicate/assist/follow-up with field technicians throughout the day
• Close out jobs directly with technicians while on site
• Ensure proper follow-up for on-going jobs (ordering parts, sending quotes, contacting customers)
• Assist dispatcher with scheduling throughout the day
• Ensure all jobs are being completed in a timely manner and within budget
• Conduct project site visits, as needed
• Review and prepare all closed jobs for billing by ensuring all tech notes are detailed and job costs are correct
• Assist with weekend/after-hours emergency service calls
• Assist in building a positive, healthy team culture
