  • New York State OT license or Limited Permit eligibility

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy

  • Provide OT services for preschool and/or school‐age students

  • Implement individualized treatment plans

  • Conduct OT evaluations (optional evaluation‐only roles)

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators

  • Maintain documentation, progress notes, and reports

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

  • Work exclusively in secure, center‐based programs- NO home-based visits
