A core part of our mission is investing in the next generation of pediatric clinicians. We provide exceptional mentorship, supervision, and hands‐on training for new graduates and Limited Permit applicants, and we also support clinicians who have experience in other populations and wish to transition into pediatrics. Our structured training and supportive leadership help clinicians build confidence and strong clinical foundations.
We are proud to be a transparent, ethical, and clinician‐centered organization, and we are also a NYC and NYS Certified Women‐Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) — a designation that reflects our long‐standing commitment to equity, representation, and community partnership. Although our name reflects the diversity of the communities we serve, we are primarily an English‐speaking organization, and no second language is required. What defines us is our commitment to excellence, compassion, and culturally responsive care — not language fluency.
We carefully select Licensed Speech‐Language Pathologists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Psychologists who are dedicated to advancing their clinical skills and advocating for children with special needs. Our diverse and highly skilled management team offers outstanding support, specialty training, and long‐standing partnerships with reputable preschool and school‐age programs across NYC.
