Journeyman Electrician

We offer services in both Residential and Commercial settings and specialize in New Construction, Remodels, Standby Generator Installs, EV Charging Stations and Service Calls. Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose services on electrical concerns in both residential and commercial settings.
- Install electrical fixtures, components and systems according to code.
- Install Standby Generators and Automatic Transfer Switches.
- Electrical/Generator service calls
- Heavy lifting is required- Physical performance required but not limited to: bending, climbing ladders, pulling, grasping and walking on uneven surfaces.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
- Follow standard practices and governmental regulations and laws relating to powered
equipment.
- Follow designated designs, instructions and codes.
- Occasional machinery operation.

Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- MUST have a current Journeyman License in the state of Michigan and be in good standing.
- Interpret technical manuals, blueprints and schematics.
- Skilled in interpersonal relations and written/ oral communications.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independently with minimal supervision. *Training will be provided for all services offered.
- Previous experience in New Construction & Remodel wiring, EV charging station and Stand-By Generator installations.
