Team Lead - Construction Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 05:00pm)
- Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate work crews on active job sites.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
- Assist with hands-on construction and carpentry tasks as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
Team Lead - Construction Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or a related trade.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, tools, and job site safety practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate crews while managing multiple project priorities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting 50+ lbs and working in indoor/outdoor environments.
