Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification, or eligibility for certification in Arizona
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and case management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in K-1 settings is highly valued

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to K-1 resource students based on IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create a cohesive educational experience
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
