LHH is actively seeking a Customer Service Professional for one of our top clients in Gainesville, TX! This will be a contract to hire opportunity with our client and will report onsite to their office in Gainesville!

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in Business, a related field, or equivalent education preferred.
- Candidates with a high school diploma must have at least two (2) years of experience in a customer-facing role or demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively with customers.
- Candidates with an associate degree must have at least one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role or demonstrate a proven ability to work effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in operating standard office computers and equipment.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and other standard office software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate information in English.
- Ability to read, understand, and review written communications.
- Ability to create professional written communications and operate required office equipment.
- Willingness and ability to work extended hours as needed.
