Job Description
The ideal candidate will bring Human Resources experience, strong administrative skills, and expertise in educator certification and licensure processes. This individual will serve as a trusted resource for certification-related guidance, record management, and compliance monitoring to help ensure the district maintains a highly qualified workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain teacher and administrator certification and licensure records in compliance with state and district requirements.
  • Monitor certification expiration dates, renewal deadlines, and compliance requirements, proactively communicating with staff regarding required actions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for certification and licensure questions from employees, administrators, and applicants.
  • Assist with educator onboarding by verifying credentials, certification status, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records and databases.
  • Provide front-line Human Resources support by greeting visitors, employees, and applicants in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer and direct multi-line phone calls while responding to inquiries with exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare HR-related correspondence, reports, and documentation.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, and other Human Resources initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with district policies, state regulations, and certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience managing or supporting teacher and administrator certification and licensure processes.
  • Knowledge of certification compliance requirements, credential tracking, and record maintenance.
  • Experience answering and directing multi-line phone systems.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Human Resources experience
  • Familiarity with educator credentialing, certification regulations, and school district employment practices.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems and electronic personnel records.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
