Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist’s Degree in School Psychology required
- Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, psychological testing, and data interpretation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students’ needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and support services to students
- Consult with educators, administrators, and parents to promote student success
- Support MTSS/RTI initiatives, crisis intervention, and prevention programs
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in professional development and school-based meetings
