Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s or Specialist’s Degree in School Psychology required
• Valid state certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, psychological testing, and data interpretation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students’ needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and support services to students
• Consult with educators, administrators, and parents to promote student success
• Support MTSS/RTI initiatives, crisis intervention, and prevention programs
• Maintain thorough and organized documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
