Adecco is seeking CNC Machine Operator Assistants to support CNC operators in a fast-paced production environment in Gardner! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.


Hours: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday

Pay: $18-$21/hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Assist CNC Machine Operators with daily production tasks

  • Perform general labor and assembly work

  • Use basic hand and power tools

  • Support production and maintain a clean, organized work area

  • Follow safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred

  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
