Compensation: $40-$46/hr+ (flexibility for the right candidate)

Travel: Throughout the DMV region

We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Supervisor to join a growing industry leader in the fire and life safety space. This role offers a blend of leadership and hands-on field support, overseeing service operations and personnel across the DMV market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Fire Alarm Service Technicians, Coordinators, and Inspectors
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through successful execution of service programs and projects
• Manage daily service operations, including resource allocation, safety, quality, and performance
• Support service agreements, maintenance work, parts sales, and time-and-material projects
• Drive growth of the service business within the local market
• Serve as a key liaison between customers and field teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of fire alarm field service experience
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supervising technicians
• Experience in one or more of the following industries:
• Fire Alarm & Life Safety
• Electronic Security Systems
• Building Automation
• Healthcare Facilities

Preferred Certifications

• NICET Certification
• EST (Electronic Systems Technician) Certification
