Job Description
Make a meaningful impact by providing Voco Speech-Language Pathology services to K-12 students across multiple school locations in the Burlington, NC area. This full-time contract opportunity begins August 18, 2026, and runs through June 10, 2027. You'll serve a diverse caseload and collaborate closely with school staff, ensuring students receive the speech and language support they need to thrive academically and socially.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current North Carolina SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- School-based experience preferred, particularly working with K-12 populations
- Proficiency with Voco and teletherapy platforms
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for K-12 students across various school sites
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy services via teletherapy
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and district standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams as needed
- Adapt interventions to meet the needs of diverse learners and support inclusive practices
