Travel Outpatient Pharmacist in De Pere, WI

This opportunity is for a travel pharmacist role based in Wisconsin, offering a dynamic position within a 100-bed healthcare facility. Location:

• Weston, Wisconsin

Schedule:

• 7 days on, 7 days off
• Night shift: 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently for outpatient and clinic patients.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal medication therapy.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management.
• Educate patients on proper medication use and monitor for adverse effects.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license (the client accepts Act 10 temp licenses).
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in outpatient or clinic settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and automated dispensing systems, specifically Cerner and Omnicell.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle night shift responsibilities effectively.
