Multi-Site Property Manager

Location: Rogers Park (North Chicago), IL

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 base salary

Bonus: Quarterly bonus opportunity

Employment Type: Full-Time


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 320 residential units across several properties within a two-mile radius. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, resident satisfaction, financial performance, and team leadership across their assigned portfolio.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of Property Managers, each responsible for managing roughly 300 units within their respective portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity for a property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys building strong relationships with both residents and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of a multi-site residential portfolio.
  • Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction through responsive communication and service.
  • Oversee property performance, occupancy, rent collections, and resident retention initiatives.
  • Lead and support onsite team members, including Maintenance Technicians and cleaning staff.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure smooth property operations.
  • Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and fair housing laws.
  • Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and contribute to the overall financial success of the portfolio.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule shared among the Property Management team.
Team Structure
  • Direct oversight of 1-3 cleaning staff members and a Maintenance Technician.
  • Additional support provided through an offshore operations team.
  • Reports directly to senior leadership within the Property Management department.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience in residential property management, preferably managing multiple properties.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Rent Manager software.
  • Experience managing residential portfolios of 300+ units.

Compensation & Benefits
