Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- At least one year of prior school-based SLP experience desirable
- Familiarity with the latest interventions, IEPs, and documentation processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, assessment, and therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Work closely with students, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Offer training and support for teachers and parents regarding speech and language strategies
