Support inpatient pharmacy operations at a 400-bed medical center in Fredericksburg, VA, utilizing EPIC and Pyxis systems. This contract role primarily covers 8-hour second shifts with responsibilities including order verification, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with healthcare teams, and managing pharmacokinetics.

Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
- Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
- Consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication therapy
- Manage pharmacokinetics and other clinical pharmacy services
- Ensure compliance with hospital and pharmacy standards
Qualifications:
- Licensed Pharmacist with hospital pharmacy experience
- Proficient with EPIC and Pyxis systems preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with medical staff
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment
